The convocation ceremony of Suryadatta Group of Institutes 2010-2012 Batch of AICTE approved PGDM program was held recently in all splendor and glory. Major. Gen. Rakesh Nandan Sena Medal, Major General In charge of Air Defence of Southern Command and Mr. K K Tapariya, MD, Universal Construction Equipment Limited was present as a Guest of honor for this ceremony.
The two eminent guests along with Suryadatta’s Chairman- Prof. Dr. Sanjay B. Chordiya handed away the PGDM certificates to the degree holders.
The ceremony was held on 07.10.2011 at ICC Towers, S.B. Road, Pune for students of AICTE approved two year full time PG Management Program PGDM. 100 graduates were awarded their convocation certificates.
Speaking on the convocation ceremony, Major. Gen. Rakesh Nandan, Sena Medal, Major General In charge of Air Defence of Southern Command said, “The traits of a good leader found in the armed forces are the same as required in the corporate world too. Qualities like professional knowledge, professional competence, honesty, being just, moral courage, resilience are the qualities that leaders are made of, and these same qualities can turn the students of Suryadatta into respectable corporate managers of tomorrow.”
Mr. K K Tapariya, MD, Universal Construction Equipments Limited stressed on corporate sustainability. “In a sensitive economic scenario, it is only corporate sustenance that can take you a long way. Sustainability coupled with competitiveness and corporate attractiveness is the winning formula for corporates and corporate managers in such volatile times”, advised Mr. K K Tapariya
Prof. Dr. S.B. Chordiya, Founder President and Chairman explained the importance of time management and how the right utilization of one’s time can fetch the desired results in the professional lives of the fresh graduates who are taking initial steps towards their career. The students too were ecstatic to have finally completed their PGDM course and getting their convocation certificates, however, they did look back fondly on the days spent at Suryadatta Institute and the friends they have made for life.
